Todos Santos
A UNESCO Creative City of Design on the Pacific coast, just an hour from Cabo San Lucas. Think art galleries on dusty streets, world-class surf, organic farms, and the legendary Hotel California.
About Todos Santos
Perched on the Pacific coast about an hour north of Cabo San Lucas, Todos Santos is a former sugar-mill town turned bohemian art colony. In 2006 it was designated a Pueblo Magico by the Mexican government, and UNESCO later named it a Creative City of Design. Its cobblestone streets are lined with restored colonial buildings housing galleries, boutique hotels, craft mezcal bars, and chef-driven restaurants.
The town has long attracted artists, surfers, and free spirits drawn to its unhurried pace and creative energy. The iconic Hotel California (no, not that one -- but it leans into the legend beautifully) anchors the main drag, while nearby beaches like Playa Los Cerritos offer consistent surf breaks for all levels. Organic farms dot the surrounding hillsides, feeding a growing farm-to-table dining scene that rivals San Jose del Cabo.
